"I'm just another guy that has dedicated his life to the art of Music."
Having spent most of life exercising and refining his talents as a vocalist/drummer/guitarist/songwriter, after moving to Central Oregon from Hometown Snoqualmie, WA in the Summer of 2005, Derek became a full-time Musician; Performing 1,000's of shows through-out the Northwest Territory. As well as an International Tour of Eastern-Canada (Montreal, Quebec City, New Brunswick), Mexico & Honduras.

Some "top highlights" in his short career thus far include: opening for world-famous acts "Night Ranger" and "Quarterflash". Billing with acts Billy Idol and "The Scorpions", playing Rick Derringer's after show party, performing to a Sold-Out audience at the Tower Theater (Bend, OR.), performing in the main theater as the main act aboard the "Allure of The Seas" cruise ship. and touring with International band The Long Run - A Journey Through The Music Of The Eagles as lead vocals/rhythm guitar. Derek has also received a standing ovation for his vocal performance of "Desperado" and "Wasted Time" at The Capitole de Quebec Theatre. He has been a featured artist on the TV show "My Window - Good Morning Central Oregon". Derek has also appeared and/or performed on Radio 98.3 (The Twins), 105.7 (KQAK), 88.9 (KPOV).
Derek performs a mixture of tasty Blues/Rock/Soul cover songs and Originals, and is also leading member of "After Midnight - The Premier Tribute to Eric Clapton" playing the role of "Slowhand" (Clapton). Whether performing solo/duo/trio acoustic, or as a full electric band, you can be guaranteed a high-energy-soul-involved performance from this seasoned Musician.
